1. How to File a DMCA Complaint
If you are the copyright owner or an authorized agent, please send a written notice to gabrielvilo94@gmail.com including the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- The exact URL of the allegedly infringing material
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or the law
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
2. Action Upon Receiving a Valid Notice
Once a valid DMCA notice is received, the content will be removed or access to it will be restricted in a timely manner. The user responsible for posting the content will be notified.
3. How to File a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same email, containing:
- Identification of the removed content and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local court and accept service of process from the complainant
- Your electronic signature
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right to ban or restrict access to users who repeatedly infringe on the copyrights of others.
